About Me - submarines and business. After 5 years of 24/7 submarine life and 20 years of submarine-crew candidate sorting and testing, I think I can safely say that I understand how to build effective teams. On top of that, I have over 25 years of marketing and content team leadership, turning a group of people working in the same office into an efficient goal-oriented team that is easily scalable, using the methods and tactics I've learned from my submariner life. I've been lucky enough to find my true passion for mentoring teams and leaders and I'm using my experience and love of people to turn your group of employees into an amazing team, and their manager (if needed) into a leader.
